Between laundry/school lunches/dance recitals and trying to find matching socks in a sea of chaos, it's easy/sometimes impossible/a constant struggle to keep up. But amidst all the organized//utter chaos, there's one thing that keeps us going: coffee. We've all been there. Your stomach is growling louder than a bear in a national park/the wilderness/my living room, and you're feeling more cranky/irritable/grumpy than usual. Then, bam! You snap at someone over something completely meaningless.

It takes time to learn to manage hangry, but it's definitely worth it. After all, no one wants to be the person who ruins a perfectly good day/causes drama/becomes known as "hangry".
